Following the death of Llewellyn Gross in 1964 due to a carbon monoxide leak in her car, Harvey A. Gross remarried on December 4, 1973. Harvey's second wife, Veronica H. (Vera) Girardot DuMoulin Petrinovich, had a daughter, Vera Lou Christine DuMoulin Petrinovich, whose husband, Richard Frank Kudrna, Sr., served as Executive Vice President and President of Harvey's, and Chairman of the Harveys board of directors from 1983 to 1995.
